Julie is one of the best agents I have ever worked with. I have 20+ years in the homebuilding industry and have had the opportunity to work with many agents over the years. In dealing with most agents, 90% of the time the best recommendation they could come up with to sell a home was to “reduce your price”. That was not the case with Julie. She was a true advocate for me, the client. She was able to hold firm with our price when it came to offers from other agents by explaining to them that our home was something special and different from the other homes….she actually understands the concept of create value for the home she is selling. She did a way better job of holding our price than the “local expert realtor” in our neighborhood did for several of our neighbors who had listed with them. This was the first time I had used Julie but won’t be the last in both personal and business properties. She gets it!
