To say that my husband and I were pleased with our experience with Julie Waidelich and Nest Properties is a vast understatement. Julie handled everything on the sale of our former home and purchase of our new home with professionalism and integrity throughout. We had a few hiccups (on the seller’s side during the purchase of the new home) and she maintained her professional and pleasant demeanor while making certain issues were taken care of correctly before closing. The fact that she was texting and emailing us regarding these issues on the day of her wedding shows just how committed she is to her clients! We so appreciated her advice and constant concern regarding our experience. We felt as if we were her only clients throughout the entire process. We have purchased and sold several homes since we’ve been married and I can say without a doubt that this was the most pleasant home selling/buying experience thus far because of Julie. We will most definitely utilize her services again in the future.
