Area Overview
Mueller is a wonderful place to live, and was designed as a master-planned community. Originally envisioned as a mixed-use urban village, Mueller will soon be home to approximately 10,000 people with over 4,900 houses and 140 acres of public open space. Mueller is a fast-growing neighborhood, with the addition of new residences, restaurants, and shops by the week. Mueller’s mixed-use neighborhood remains the model of environmentally responsible development. There are detached houses, townhomes/condos, and apartments available. Workers at Dell Children’s Medical Center may go to and from the hospital on foot or use the station as a transfer point to other modes of public transit. The abundant park space, weekly farmer’s markets, and welcoming front porches all serve to bring the community together.
